The process starts with connecting with the client and understanding their individual needs. Upon receiving the enquiry, Alucity will request a summary of the project specification and requirements (this may include V6 or LogiKal or other window schedule). Alucity then uses the information provided to provide the initial project costing.
ALUCITY PROCESS
Surface Finishes and Hardware
Samples of the paint finish, glass and hardware are provided to the client for approval prior to procurement of product for fabrication.
Production Schedule
Once the schedule has been established, the Alucity team liaise with the fabricator in China to book in the production. Once this has been finalised, a supply agreement is issued for signing and the fabrication process begins.
Delivery and Shipping National
Liaise with Darley Aluminium regarding delivery of aluminium and hardware supplied nationally.
International
Liaise with the fabricator and the shipping agents with regards to all shipping documentation required.
Warranties, Service/Completion
Upon competition of the project relevant documentation is provided.
