At the heart of Bondi Junction’s transformation, the redevelopment of Bondi Junction RSL at 9 Gray Street brings together a ground-floor club precinct and above 80 stylish bespoke residences. The project builder Westbourne Constructions engaged Supplied Holdings and their supplier Alucity Architectural Product Supply – a licensed fabricator of Darley Aluminium systems to bring the architects vision to life.

“Working with the HarbourView multi-fold system allowed us to achieve large uninterrupted opening spans that align with the facade vision, while meeting strict structural and weather-performance criteria,” said Jeff Mant, Project Manager at Alucity.

“Meanwhile, the CityView commercial framing gave us the flexibility to handle variable framing depths (100 mm, 150 mm and 250 mm) and seamless integration into the building envelope without compromise on thermal or acoustic performance.”
