Alucity Architectural Product Supply engaged as Darley Aluminium’s licensed fabricator by builder Parkview Constructions specified a suite of Darley Aluminium systems: the CityView 100 mm Centre Single Glazed Apartment Door, the CityView 100 mm Centre Single Glazed Commercial Framing with 45 mm Commercial Doors, and the CityView 100 mm High-Performance Recessed Awning Window.
The Orchards development is renowned for its sustainability credentials, large-format glazing, generous balcony spaces and integration with parklands, which makes system performance all the more critical.
From finish selection and powder-coat durability through to hardware specification and site assembly, the collaboration between Darley Aluminium, Alucity Architectural Product Supply and their customer Supplied Holdings project team ensured that the aluminium systems not only met aesthetic intent but aligned with the long-term asset value goals for Parkview’s construction scope.
