The fourth and final chapter of the Woolooware Bay development has redefined Sydney’s southern coastline with a bold statement. Positioned above the Bay Central retail precinct and Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club, Stage 4 comprises over 200 apartments across five buildings, setting a new benchmark in coastal living.
Spanning 15,000 sqm of façade, the project showcases Darley Aluminium’s high-performance systems, fabricated and supplied by Alucity Architectural Product Supply, designed to meet both the aesthetic ambitions and environmental demands of waterfront living.
The combination of multi-fold doors, double-glazed commercial framing, commercial doors, and high-recessed awning windows ensures seamless indoor-outdoor flow, enhanced thermal efficiency, superior acoustic control, durability, and effective natural ventilation – all without compromising design integrity.

Following the success of Stage 2, project Alucity once again delivered, bringing to life an ambitious mixed-use masterplan that integrates residential, retail, hotel, and community facilities. With resort-style amenities, a two-level retail centre, and the 71-key Quest Hotel, Woolooware Bay Stage 4 marks the completion of a landmark urban renewal project.
It also demonstrates how close collaboration between client and supplier can elevate both performance and design on large-scale developments.
